Charley has spent all of his twenty-five years in the industry with Harte-Hanks. Originally serving as the General Manager of the company’s large Baltimore mail services operation, Charley has since dedicated his efforts towards the development of postal solutions that are integrated into turn-key systems. Examples include mail streaming solutions, drop ship products and services, and prEtrak – which is Harte-Hanks’ PLANET Code mail tracking system.

With respect to serving the industry, Charley has been Co-Chair of the Baltimore Postal Customer Council for more than 15 years and represents the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) on the Postmaster General’s Mailer’s Technical Advisory Committee. He also represents Harte-Hanks with the IDEAlliance and PostCom, and works with the United States Postal Service (USPS) on a variety of pilot programs.
