We have been in business for a long time (over 80 years), and we have a proven long-term record of having the people, processes and technology to deliver superior results to our customers.

A. The first word that comes to mind is diversified. Our client base comprises many Fortune 1000 companies -- some of the most recognizable names in retail, financial services, high-tech, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and healthcare.


We have a high retention rate with our customers, which we attribute to the value we deliver, the depth and breadth of our capabilities, the insights we provide and the passion of our people to do great work for every client who relies on us. A. Here is a fact -- since we went public for the second time in 1993, we have achieved an operational profit each quarter. That is over 60 consecutive quarters and counting. Our strong balance sheet provides us with a solid foundation to fund growth initiatives and support our customers. Through good times and challenging times, we remain committed to financial integrity and performance.



Q. Is Harte-Hanks competitive with your compensation and your benefits?

A. We are. If we weren’t, we would not have so many long-term employees (which I believe is a significant competitive advantage we enjoy).
