Larry Franklin, Chairman of the Board and CEO
Franklin joined Harte-Hanks (NYSE) in 1971, and a year later was named treasurer and chief financial officer. In 1984, he was named chief operating officer; in 1991, he was named president and chief executive officer. In 1999, he was named chairman and chief executive officer. In 2001 he resigned his position as chief executive officer but resumed it in November 2008. He joined the Harte-Hanks board in 1974 and remains its chairman. He has served on numerous industry, civic and charitable boards. Franklin received his bachelor of arts degree from East Texas State University, and his master's degree in business administration from Texas Tech University.


Gary Skidmore, Corporate Officer: Executive Vice President and President, Direct Marketing
Skidmore is corporate officer and executive vice president, of Harte-Hanks (NYSE:HHS) and president of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, which has a global presence in both consumer and business-to-business markets. Gary's 15-year experience with the San Antonio, TX-based firm has bridged numerous areas, including senior leadership responsibilities for the national markets organization; international operations; mergers and acquisitions; call center/fulfillment and data and software groups. The company's end-to-end direct-, interactive-, and database marketing service offerings under Gary's leadership also include customer data integration, analytics, and multi-channel customer acquisition, retention and care.


Doug Shepard, Corporate Officer: Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Shepard joined Harte-Hanks in 2007 and serves as the company's top financial executive. Shepard most recently served as chief financial officer and treasurer of HVHC Inc., the vision holding company of health-care provider Highmark, and as executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of Eye Care Centers of America, Inc., which is owned by HVHC. Shepard joined Eye Care Centers of America in 1995. Prior to his employment with Eye Care Centers of America, Shepard worked for a publicly traded restaurant company and for Deloitte & Touche, LLP.


Robert L. R. Munden, Corporate Officer: Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Munden joined Harte-Hanks in 2010 and serves as the company's general counsel and corporate secretary. Munden most recently served as vice president and corporate counsel at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE: SFE), a life sciences and technology holding company. Prior to that, Munden served as North America corporate counsel for Taylor Nelson Sofres, a market research company (now owned by WPP PLC). Previously, Munden served as general counsel of Naviant, Inc., an internet marketing and database services firm. Munden began his legal career as an associate with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP in Austin, Texas, after having served as an armor and cavalry officer with the U.S. Army in the U.S. and Germany. Munden earned his B.S. from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, Austin, Texas.


Mike Paulsin, Corporate Officer: Senior Vice President and President, Shoppers
Paulsin began his career with Harte-Hanks in 1988 and has held various financial and business management positions, including his current leadership of the California PennySaverUSA.com Shoppers publications. He earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and a master's degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton.


Loren Dalton, Corporate Officer: Vice President; President, PennySaverUSA.com and TheFlyer.com
Dalton launched his career at Harte-Hanks, beginning in 1987. Over the years, he has held sales management, marketing and business management positions, and was named president of the Northern California shoppers operation in 1996, and then president of PennySaverUSA.com and TheFlyer.com in 2006. Dalton holds a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and undergraduate degrees from Northwest College and Sterling College.


Brian Dames, Corporate Officer: Vice President and Group Managing Director, Database Marketing and Analytics
Brian Dames serves as a corporate officer, vice president for Harte-Hanks, Inc., achieving this position in 2011. He also holds the role of group managing director, database marketing, in Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, where he has responsibility for all aspects of the company's database, data services and analytics businesses. Since first joining Harte-Hanks in 2007, Brian Dames has served in other leadership positions, initially as managing director in charge of data services and data where he oversaw all business operations and planning for the company's data hygiene and list brokering services. Harte-Hanks later tapped Brian to expand his responsibilities and serve as Chief Marketing Officer, Direct Marketing. Prior to joining Harte-Hanks, Dames held marketing and senior management positions with Experian, Claritas, EthnicGrocer.com, IXI Corporation, and Sears, Roebuck & Co. His two decades of experience spans retail, financial services, automotive, media, consumer products and telecommunications, among other markets. Dames holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago.


Jeannine Falcone, Corporate Officer: Vice President
Falcone has been with Harte-Hanks since 1993, and started in the Account Services team at DiMark, a provider of marketing and database services based in Langhorne, Pennsylvania which was acquired by Harte-Hanks in April 1996. She has worked in key account and strategy roles throughout her career, and was named Managing Director of the Agency at Harte-Hanks in 2007, and named a corporate officer in 2009. Falcone earned her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing in 1988 from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.


Carlos G. Guzman, Corporate Officer: Vice President; President, Shoppers/South Florida
Guzman currently is president of the shopper publication business of Harte-Hanks, Inc., located in Florida in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale market, and also oversees the shopper covering the Tampa Bay market. These shopper publications, circulated under the brand name of The Flyer, have circulation of more than 2.4 million every week in Florida. Guzman is responsible for both Harte-Hanks shopper companies in Florida. In 2002, Guzman was named vice president and a corporate officer of Harte-Hanks. He retains the title of president, shoppers/South Florida, Harte-Hanks, a position he has held since 1994. He first joined Harte-Hanks in 1981. Guzman was named "Publisher of the Year" in 2001 by the Association of Free Community Papers, and is the recipient of a Harvard Business School Leadership Award in 2000. He was graduated with a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School, and also holds a bachelor's degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.


Spencer Joyner, Corporate Officer: Vice President
Joyner is responsible for the Harte-Hanks software and data specialty brands, including Trillium Software® and its delivery of Total Data Quality across the enterprise; Global Address for global address data quality; Market Intelligence which builds the Ci Technology Database, providing site specific information about the installation and use of technology around the world; and Aberdeen Group, an organization of fact-based marketplace research. He has more than 20 years with Harte-Hanks. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Graduate School of Engineering.


Federico Ortiz, Vice President, Tax
Ortiz is a 25-year employee with the company, serving in various capacities in the tax department. In 1999, he was named a corporate officer. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and also has career experience at Ernst & Young. Ortiz was graduated with honors from University of Texas with a bachelor's degree.


Jessica M. Huff, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer
Huff joined Harte-Hanks, Inc. in 1996 as corporate controller. In 1999, she was also named chief accounting officer. Prior to joining Harte-Hanks, she was corporate manager of financial planning at SBC Communications. Her other experience includes eight years with Ernst & Young and three years as controller and vice president of a financial institution. Huff graduated with honors from Trinity University in 1982, with a bachelor of science degree in accounting, and she is a certified public accountant.
